Lisa was so helpful and took the time to explain everything to us about our transmission inspection in great detail. Lisa and her team at AAMCO Norton were so helpful with getting my car back in shape! I had an engine misfire and, though there were places closer to my home, I ultimately chose to have my car towed to their shop and I’m happy with my decision! Lisa explained the problem to me and her team fixed the issue within two days. Lisa was up front about pricing, was kind through every phone call and overall really put me at ease. When I walked in to pick up my car, I was watching the staff talk with customers and the care and respect that had been cultivated was just so apparent. I’m so glad I found AAMCO after moving into the area and I intend to go back for all future car services that I need!
