I truly believe finding Lisa and the team at AAMCO was divine intervention. Before finding them, I was completely at my wits’ end trying to get my son’s car repaired. I had physically brought the car to two different shops that committed to doing the transmission work, only to hold onto the car for nearly two weeks and then back out. I honestly didn’t know who I could trust anymore. I reached out to a good friend of mine who lives in Washington State. Her husband knows a lot about cars. From across the country he researched transmission shops and actually called different places on my behalf. He spoke with Brad at AAMCO, and after that conversation, he told me, “Trust them. They’re going to take care of you.” He was absolutely right!! From the beginning, my experience with Lisa and the entire team was completely different. They did what they said they were going to do. They fixed the car, the price was reasonable, and most importantly, I felt like I could trust them. You don't often walk into a repair shop and find a woman at the helm who is not only running the business but is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and genuinely cares about her customers. Lisa made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel like I didn't understand what was happening with the car. There are plenty of places that can repair a vehicle, but finding people who are honest, knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy is something special. I am incredibly grateful to Lisa, Brad and the entire team for taking such good care of my son's car and of me. I would recommend them without hesitation. Sometimes the right people really do come into your life at exactly the right time. For me, finding this shop was one of those times. Thank you!

They took great care of my car. even though I needs a new transmission in the end, they were attentive to our needs and worked hard to ensure my car was ready to drive to Chicago. We would highly recommend this shop.
