They were great and got me back in my truck quickly with a new transmission
We had an issue with our Santa Fe, the check engine light was on, and Lisa and her team fixed the issue, explained in detail what the issue was and kept us updated along the way. We also brought in our Ford Fusion and Lisa explained all of the things that were wrong with the vehicle so we could make an educated decision that the car was not worth all of the issues that it was having.
Lisa and her crew were excellent. We had to deal with some issues w/Carvana purchase and it was great having Lisa and Aamco on my side in the dealings. This customer was satisfied. Thank you!
The customer service here is wonderful! Lisa and her team are very personable, respectful, experts in car care, and keep prices reasonable. She worked with me to find every possible way to lower the price of the full transmission and transfer case replacement my 15 year old car needed. Highly recommend this shop, a place that really looks out for their customers and goes the extra mile. Their customer service is top notch!
My experience was “OFF THE CHAIN “ “ I LOVE LISA… TAMMY… KIRK, AND THE CREW… DONT KNOW THEIR NAMES .. THE WHOLE PLACE IS A VIBE . THE LOVE , CONVERSING , AND COMMUNICATION REGARDING WHATS GOING ON WITH YOIR VEHICLE UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL.. I DONT SWEAR.. BUT….HELL YEAH!!!!! 5 STARS AND THEN SOME INDEED ..
